Curlo originated from the IT team at RFN, a specialist provider of accounting and payroll services in France. Following an initial successful project involving data migration and reporting optimisation for RFN, the ball started rolling. Building on this project, we developed further expertise in optimising data-intensive services, whilst taking into account our clients’ existing and future digital processes and data assets.

These challenges created scope for genuine innovation and led to the development of a cost-effective IT architecture designed to evolve alongside changing processes and new open-source technologies.

From IT-team to Curlo

In 2025, it was decided to split off part of the IT team within RFN and set up a new company. That is how Curlo came into being.

Our first migration and data dashboard projects laid the foundations for the expertise we offer our clients today. In addition to our existing services, we also developed our first in-house product: the Odoo Migrator.

With the Odoo Migrator, we make it easy for businesses to transfer their accounts from their current accounting software to Odoo. To date, more than 2,000 accounts have already been successfully migrated to Odoo using our tool. At the same time, we continue to develop new integrations with existing accounting software. This enables us to help more and more businesses make a smooth and hassle-free transition to Odoo.

Continuing to innovate

We recently added a second product to our range: Share my Secret. Unlike the Odoo Migrator, Share my Secret is completely free and can be used without restriction.

With Share my Secret, users can share passwords, codes, API keys, files and other sensitive information securely and with end-to-end encryption. The shared information is accessible only to the intended recipient, ensuring that confidential data can be exchanged securely.

At Curlo, we’re not standing still. On the contrary: we’re only just at the beginning of our journey. Drawing on our expertise in IT, data and digital processes, we continue to develop new solutions that help businesses move forward.
